Desigualdades en el área sociosanitaria en personas inmigrantes con discapacidad en España

Abstract

En la presente investigación se recopila información acerca del tema de las desigualdades en el área sociosanitarias que sufren las personas inmigrantes con discapacidad en España. Supone un acercamiento sobre un gran problema social poco visible y donde la población española no interviene al respecto. El objetivo principal es realizar una revisión bibliográfica desde la disciplina de trabajo social para conocer que investigaciones hay sobre la población inmigrante con discapacidad en el sistema sociosanitario español. La investigación emplea una metodología cualitativa, centrándose en la recogida y análisis de datos a través de una revisión bibliográfica de artículos científicos. El estudio concluye que existe una necesidad urgente de abordar estas desigualdades y pide más investigación y cambios en las políticas para garantizar la igualdad de acceso a la atención sociosanitaria para todos los miembros de la sociedadThis research compiles information on the issue of inequalities in the social and health care area suffered by immigrants with disabilities in Spain. It is an approach to a major social problem that is not very visible and where the Spanish population does not intervene in this regard. The main objective is to carry out a bibliographic review from the discipline of social work to find out what research there is on the immigrant population with disabilities in the Spanish social and health care system. The research uses a qualitative methodology, focusing on the collection and analysis of data through a bibliographic review of scientific articles. The study concludes that there is an urgent need to address these inequalities and calls for more research and changes in policies to guarantee equal access to social and health care for all members of society
