REFLEXIONES EN TORNO A LA POSIBLE REFORMA DEL SENADO

Abstract

[ES]Con este trabajo, lo que pretendo es profundizar en la problemática social que actualmente supone el Senado por su configuración. Esta configuración, no ha hecho más que generar debates acerca de un innegable deber de reforma, planteándose incluso su eliminación. Así pues, es necesario entender que aspectos pueden ser reformados y hacerlo de la mejor forma posible para que el Senado pueda ejercer como una verdadera Cámara de representación territorial.

[EN]With this thesis, I intend to go into detail about the social problematic that presently supposes the Senate due to its configuration. This configuration, has not done anything more than generate debates about an undeniable duty of reform or even elimination. Therefore, it is necessary understand which aspects can be reformed and do it in the best possible way to be satisfied for turn this as a real territorial representation
