EVALUACIÓN DE MANIPULACIÓN MANUAL DE CARGAS Y POSTURAL EN UNA NAVE INDUSTRIAL DEDICADA AL ALMACENAMIENTO Y DISTRIBUCIÓN DE BEBIDAS

Resumen
[ES] El presente trabajo fin de master tiene por objetivo evaluar la exposición de los trabajadores a la manipulación manual de cargas y a las posturas forzadas de una empresa dedicada al almacenamiento y distribución de bebidas, a lo largo del trabajo se podrán observar las deficiencias halladas en el transcurso de las visitas y posteriores análisis de los puestos de trabajo.
Para los análisis se utilizaran cuatro métodos de evaluación de gran prestigio entre los ergónomos, como son el método de la guía del INSHT (Manipulación manual de cargas), NIOSH (Manipulación manual de cargas), REBA (Posturas forzadas) y la Norma ISO 1228-2:2007 (Empuje y tracción de cargas), una vez evaluados los puestos se pasará a proponer medidas para la mejora de la seguridad y salud de los trabajadores expuestos a estos riesgos.
El establecimiento industrial donde se lleva a cabo el trabajo fin de máster, Racionero Acevedo S.L., es una empresa Jiennense ubicada en la calle Cazalilla (polígono Industrial de los Olivares), parcela 55. Cuenta con una plantilla de 24 trabajadores, entre los que se encuentran; personal de oficina, personal de limpieza, preventistas, repartidores y carretilleros, estos dos últimos, serán el objeto de estudio.
[EN] The aim of this master's thesis is to evaluate the exposure of workers to manual handling of loads and forced postures in a company dedicated to the storage and distribution of beverages. Throughout the work, the deficiencies found during the visits and subsequent analysis of the workstations will be observed. Four assessment methods of great prestige among ergonomists will be used for the analyses, such as the INSHT guide method (Manual handling of loads), NIOSH (Manual handling of loads), REBA (Forced postures) and the ISO 1228-2:2007 Standard (Pushing and pulling loads). Once the posts have been assessed, measures will be proposed to improve the health and safety of the workers exposed to these risks. It has a staff of 24 workers, including office staff, cleaning staff, preventive workers, delivery workers and forklift drivers, the latter two being the object of study.
