Resumen
[ES]En este trabajo de fin de grado, se ha desarrollado un método para la determinación
simultánea de varios edulcorantes (acesulfamo-K, sacarina, ciclamato, aspartamo y
sucralosa) en bebidas empleando extracción en fase sólida (SPE) seguida de
cromatografía líquida de alta resolución acoplada con espectrómetro de masas (HPLCMS)
con un analizador de tiempo de vuelo (TOF) y una fuente de ionización de
electrospray en modo negativo (ESI). Con el método SPE desarrollado, las
recuperaciones obtenidas fueron próximas al 100% con valores de desviación estándar
por debajo del 10% en la mayoría de los casos. Los límites de cuantificación (LOQ)
para acesulfamo-K, sacarina, ciclamato, aspartamo y sucralosa fueron 2.37, 3.78, 3.47,
<1 y 14.70 μg/L respectivamente. El método propuesto fue aplicado al estudio de 31
muestras de diferentes marcas de refrescos. El rango de concentración se encuentra
entre 2,5 y 153,5 mg/L. En ningún caso se superan los valores especificados por las
diferentes normativas aplicables.
[EN]In this work, a method for simultaneous determination of five sweeteners (acesulfame- K, saccharin, cyclamate, aspartame and sucralose) in soft drinks has been developed based on solid-phase extraction (SPE) followed by high performance liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS) using a time-of-flight analyzer (TOF) and a electrospray ionization source operated in the negative ion mode. With the proposed SPE sample treatment method, recovery rates obtained were close to 100% with RSD values below 10% for most of cases. Limits of quantification for acesulfame- K, saccharin, cyclamate, aspartame and sucralose were 2.37, 3.78, 3.47, <1 y 14.70μg/L respectively. The proposed method was applied to 31 samples of different brands of soft drinks. Range of concentration was between 2,5 and 153,5mg/L. All cases tested were in compliance with the established regulations.
