Formación del profesorado para el desarrollo de su actividad docente

Abstract

[ES]Con este TFG se pretende conocer el interés, dominio, preferencias y necesidades que tienen actualmente los docentes; y a su vez, conocer y detectar las necesidades formativas en educación primaria en relación al ejercicio de su docencia. La investigación realizada resume, a través de metodología cuantitativa, la necesidad y grado de interés, junto con las preferencias en la formación del profesorado para el desarrollo de su actividad docente. A su misma vez, tratamos de conocer el dominio que poseen los docentes actuales sobre diversos temas. Estas estadísticas están basadas en unas encuestas que han sido realizadas a treinta profesores de dos centros de educación primaria de Úbeda (Jaén).

[EN]With this final project the main purpose is to get to know the interest, command, preferences and needs about teachers have currently. Additionally, I intend to know and identify training needs in primary education in relation to their teaching. The investigation summarized, through a quantitative methodology, the need and degree of interest and preferences in teacher training to develop their teaching. At the same time, I try to know the command that have current teachers on various topics. These statistics are based on some surveys that were carried out at thirty teachers from two primary schools of Úbeda (Jaén).
