Resumen
Este trabajo tiene como finalidad presentar una propuesta que utiliza las posibilidades de motivación que ofrece el juego simbólico para conseguir el desarrollo de la condición física en el alumnado de Segundo Ciclo de Educación Infantil. El juego simbólico es eminentemente libre; pero en su vertiente escolar, debidamente motivado por una actividad didáctica adecuada, es un recurso que favorece el desarrollo de la condición física. En su última fase, de 4 a 7 años, este tipo de juego deja de ser egocéntrico, busca el simbolismo con los compañeros y pasa a ser colectivo La intervención que se llevará a cabo consiste en la realización de la Unidad Didáctica "ANIMALES EN ACCIÓN" en una clase de Educación Infantil de 5 años. Se trata de una propuesta didáctica totalmente relacionada con el juego simbólico. La condición física será analizada mediante una valoración antropométrica y una batería de test.
