[ES] El principal objetivo de este trabajo es el diseño de un sistema de evaluación de la experiencia de compra para empresas de servicios informáticos para complementar la información que estas organizaciones tienen del comportamiento de uso en sus bases de datos. Considerando que la experiencia de compra se puede dividir en fases o etapas y que cada una de ellas se puede gestionar de forma aislada e incide en la percepción global de calidad del servicio se ha diseñado un sistema basado en una encuesta online de fácil aplicación y utilidad. En la actualidad se está estudiando la implantación del sistema en una empresa española.
[EN] The main objective of this work is the design of a system of evaluation of the experience of purchase for companies of computer services. These information could complement the information that these organizations have of the customer use behavior in their databases. Considering that the shopping experience can be divided into phases or stages and that each of them can be managed in isolation and affects the overall perception of service quality, a system based on an online survey of easy application and usefulness has been designed. Currently, the implementation of the system in a Spanish company is being studied.
