Resumen
En este trabajo ha tratado la importancia de la coordinación entre los organismos que intervienen en el proceso de la discapacidad.
Se ha puesto el foco de atención en los profesionales que trabajan con este colectivo, así como las familias que tienen un hijo con
discapacidad para obtener datos y testimonios directos en relación con este colectivo. Se ha querido comprobar, por una parte, si la
literatura y la información obtenida por fuentes directas coinciden; y, por otro lado, elaborar una propuesta de protocolo de
coordinación para que todos los organismos que intervienen con estas personas, con el fin de poder obtener intervenciones más
eficaces y enfocada en personas usuarias.
In this Master's thesis, the importance of coordination between the agencies involved in the disability process has been discussed. The focus has been placed on the professionals who work with this group, as well as on the families who have a child with a disability in order to obtain direct data and testimonies in relation to this group. The aim was to check, on the one hand, if the literature and the information obtained from direct sources coincide; and, on the other hand, to elaborate a proposal for a coordination protocol for all the organizations that intervene with these people, in order to obtain more effective interventions focused on the user.
