Resumen
[ES] El presente programa de intervención denominado "MIEL Mujer" (Mejorando la Inteligencia Emocional de La Mujer) se basa en el Modelo de Inteligencia Emocional de Mayer y Salovey {1997). Se desarrolla para su aplicación con madres solteras de entre 35 y 45 años con hijos adolescentes de entre 12 y 15 años, pertenecientes a comunidades andaluzas, concretamente en Jaén. El programa tiene un total de 40 participantes, 20 en grupo experimental y 20 en grupo control. Consta de 10 sesiones de trabajo, más una sesión pre-test, una postest y 2 de seguimiento a los 3 y 6 meses de haber finalizado. Sus objetivos son aumentar la inteligencia emocional y el bienestar de psicológico de las participantes, incrementar el afecto, comunicación, el estilo de normas y exigencias tipo inductivo con sus hijos, así como mejorar su clima social familiar.
