acceder a dichos recursos (economía, estereotipos asociados, desconfianza, etc.).
(EN) The LGBTIQ+ group faces daily discriminatory harassment from social, family and institutional spheres, which is why it is a population that reports a greater need for access to mental health resources. However, there are a series of barriers of various kinds that prevent them from accessing those resources (economics, associated stereotypes, mistrust, etc.). It has been shown that affirmative practice in therapy helps to create a climate of trust and safety for the person to share their experiences, in addition to identifying unique situations that only LGBTIQ+ people experience because they have a gender identity or sexual orientation different from the white cis- heterosexual norm. Thanks to the technological advances of the last decade, traditional therapies have been digitized in order to reach more people and eliminate some of the access barriers.
