Resumen
El presente trabajo recoge como tema principal el acceso e inclusión de las personas con discapacidad en
el mercado laboral, haciendo especial hincapié en el Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2013, de 29 de noviembre,
por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la ley general de derechos de las personas con discapacidad y
de su inclusión social.
Por otro lado, se lleva a cabo una recopilación de la información que existe acerca de cómo las personas
con discapacidad pueden integrarse en el mercado laboral, para ello se abordarán las principales políticas
de empleo, cuyo fin básico se basa en la integración en el mercado de trabajo ordinario, y si este no es
posible, la incorporación en el mercado de trabajo protegido. Por último, se pondrá de manifiesto el papel
del trabajo social en la inclusión de las personas con discapacidad en el mercado laboral.
This work includes as its main theme the access and inclusion of people with disabilities to the labour market. Reference is made to the regulatory framework that governs the situation of these people, with special emphasis on Legislative Royal Decree 1/2013, of November 29, 2013 approving the revised general law on rights of persons with disabilities and their social inclusion. On the other hand, a compilation of existing information on how people with disabilities can be integrated into the labour market is being carried out. To this end, the main employment policies will be addressed, the basic aim of which is based on integration into the ordinary labour market, and if this is not possible, incorporation into the protected labour market. Finally, the role of social work in the inclusion of people with disabilities in the labour market will be highlighted.
