La reinserción social de las mujeres en España: Revisión bibliográfica desde la perspectiva del trabajo social

Abstract

Este Trabajo de Fin de Grado ha tenido como finalidad analizar el valor del trabajo social en el entorno penitenciario concretamente en la reinserción social de las mujeres dentro del contexto Español. Para su desarrollo se ha amparado bajo la Ley Orgánica General Penitenciaria del 1/1979 y en el Real Decreto 190/1996 que aprueba el Reglamento Penitenciario. Además, se ha realizado una revisión bibliográfica, donde se exponen las desigualdades que existen entre ambos géneros dentro del Sistema penitenciario español. Un aspecto clave a destacar a través de esta revisión, es la disparidad que existe entre el número de presos y presas en función de su género existentes dentro de los distintos Centros penitenciarios a nivel nacional. Esta diferenciación conduce a diversas formas de discriminación en el proceso de la reinserción de la población femenina en la sociedad

The purpose of this Final Degree Project was to analyze the value of social work in the penitentiary environment, specifically in the social reintegration of women in the Spanish context. It has been developed under the General Penitentiary Organic Law of 1/1979 and the Royal Decree 190/1996 which approves the Penitentiary Regulations. In addition, a bibliographic review has been carried out, where the inequalities that exist between both genders within the Spanish Penitentiary System are exposed. A key aspect to highlight through this review is the disparity that exists between the number of male and female prisoners depending on their gender within the different penitentiary centers at a national level. This differentiation leads to various forms of discrimination in the process of reintegration of the female population into society
