Abstract

[ES]El trabajo fin de máster evalúa la posibilidad de crear una nueva empresa con la finalidad de facilitar un sistema de reciclaje al consumidor final y a los negocios relacionados con la hostelería. Para ello se plantea el uso de una APP donde el consumidor pueda seleccionar una fecha para la recogida de su aceite o bien informarse de la asociación más cercana donde pueda depositarlo. Para establecer contratos con el sector hostelero se propone ofertar formación en vez de las contraprestaciones clásicas. Con esto se pretende reutilizar un residuo que al no ser muy voluminoso en la mayoría de las ocasiones acaba desperdiciándose y perjudicando al medio ambiente. [EN]My master's thesis assesses the possibility of developing a business model that facilitates an oil recycling system for the final consumer and hotel-related businesses. For the final consumer, we propose the use of a cell phone APP where a pick up date can be scheduled or find where the nearest oil deposit location is. In order to establish relationships with hotel businesses, we would offer formation training for its employees instead of the traditional payment terms in exchange for their oil. The main objective of the project is to reuse a product that despite not being too large in volume, represents a significant harm for the environment.
