[EN]The different methods of music learning should be given more importance and the pedagogical and curricular range in regulated music lessons such as conservatories may be widened. The present work is based on the need to instill in the students the value of flamenco folk music, their idiosyncrasy at the musical level and in turn aims to contrast and enrich traditional folkloric learning methods, such as oral transmission or hearing, as opposed to music schools or conservatories where there is a regulated education. The methodology carried out as part of a bibliographic review and one's own personal experience as a teacher, both in E.S.O. as in Artistic Music Teaching. The literature review has shown that there are certain taboo topics due to the origin of Flamenco art that have not yet been overcome at the social level, which makes it difficult to learn in addition to the geographical issue. On the other hand, its patrimonial and humanistic value is indisputable, and is forged as an element of cohesion between popular and classical music.
