Resumen
El Trabajo Fin de Máster que se presenta a continuación consta de dos partes. En la primera, podemos distinguir el recorrido histórico y la importancia acerca del concepto de “división del trabajo” y “especialización”. Actualmente, estos conceptos resultan ser fundamentales para las economías globales, donde los trabajadores se especializan en áreas concretas y, las empresas se enfocan en la producción de aquellos bienes y servicios en las que son más eficientes. Además, introducimos de qué forma el hecho de tener en cuenta las relaciones humanas en el seno de las organizaciones, incluso educativas, contribuye a la mejora del compromiso con ellas. La segunda parte de este proyecto está enfocada en la realización de una proyección didáctica centrada en la unidad 3, titulada “Producción y Empresa”, dentro del primer bloque de la asignatura de Economía de 1ºde Bachillerato. De la misma manera, se detallarán las características del centro, el contexto en el que está ubicado y los aspectos relativos al proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje del mismo.
The following Master's thesis consists of two parts. In the first one, we can distinguish the historical background and importance of the concept of "division of labour" and "specialization". Currently, these concepts are fundamental to global economies, where workers specialize in specific areas and companies focus on the production of goods and services in which they are most efficient. In addition, we introduce how considering human relations within organizations, including educational ones, contributes to improving commitment to them. The second part of this project is focused on the realization of the third didactic projection centered on the unit of "Production and Business", within the first block of the subject of Economics of the 1st year of baccalaureate. In the same way, the characteristics of the school center, the context in which it is located and the aspects related to the teaching-learning process of the same will be detailed.
