Adaptación preliminar de una escala de Sueños Lúcidos

Abstract

En este estudio se pretende crear un cuestionario español acerca de los sueños lúcidos a partir de dos cuestionarios existentes: el cuestionario MADRE y el cuestionario LuCiD. Para ello se elaboró un cuestionario con ítems de ambos y se procedió a pasarlo en una muestra. Tras esto, se analizaron los resultados. Los resultados relacionados con los ítems del cuestionario MADRE obtuvieron resultados similares a los de la literatura acerca de sueños lúcidos. Los resultados relacionados con el cuestionario LuCiD recalcan la necesidad de aplicar diferentes cambios en el cuestionario para perfeccionarlo, cambiando ítems y alterando distintos factores incluidos en este.

In this study we want to create a Spanish test about lucid dreams which content is based in two tests: MADRE test and LuCiD test. In order to do it, a test that included items from both tests was created. Later it was completed by a sample. After this, the results were analyzed. The results showed that the items of MADRE were similar to the ones in the literature of lucid dreams. The results obtained about LuCiD test showed the necessity of applying different changes in the test to improve it, changing items and factors included in it.
