COMBINING THE RIGHT INGREDIENTS FOR THE PERFECT CLIL RECIPE: A DIDACTIC PROPOSAL FOR PRIMARY EDUCATION

[ES]El Aprendizaje Integrado de Contenidos y Lenguas Extranjeras (AICLE) ha tenido una gran acogida en Europa durante la última década del s. XX como el enfoque principal utilizado en enseñanza bilingüe. La puesta en marcha de este modelo educativo no solamente ha tenido un impacto en la enseñanza de idiomas, sino que también ha supuesto una transformación significativa de los centros escolares. La naturaleza altamente contextualizada de este enfoque ha traído consigo la existencia de una gran variedad de modelos incluidos dentro del término AICLE, algo que a menudo dificulta que exista una delimitación clara de cómo este enfoque se traduce realmente en la práctica educativa. El objetivo del presente trabajo es proporcionar un estudio detallado de todos los fundamentos teóricos de AICLE con el fin de aplicar este conocimiento en el diseño de una propuesta didáctica adaptada a un contexto específico (Castilla-La Mancha en
este caso) y que reúna todos los ingredientes que nos permitan conseguir la mejor receta CLIL.
[EN]Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL) has been adopted in Europe in the last decade of the twenty-first century as the main approach to bilingual education. The implementation of this bilingual education model has not only had an impact on foreign language teaching, but has also provoked a remarkable transformation of schools. The highly contextualized nature of this approach has led to a wide variety of models under the CLIL acronym, and more often than not the definition and characterization of what it should look like in practice is quite arduous. The aim of this MA dissertation is to provide a detailed overview of the theoretical underpinnings of this approach in order to apply this knowledge in the design of a didactic proposal attuned to a particular context (in this case, Castilla-La Mancha) and contains all the right ingredients to make it the best possible CLIL recipe.
