FORMACIÓN EN SISTEMAS ERP PARA EL ÁREA DE PLANIFICACIÓN DE LA PRODUCCIÓN

Abstract

[ES]Este TFM consiste en la aportación de un conjunto de tutoriales específicos sobe como utilizar el programa SAP ERP dentro de la empresa objeto del trabajo con el objeto de optimizar el aprendizaje de los potenciales trabajadores del departamento de planificación. A lo largo del trabajo se hace una descripción del funcionamiento de la empresa, detallando las etapas del proceso productivo y su relación con las transacciones más importantes del SAP. Lo que se espera conseguir es que los trabajadores refuercen características como: el aprendizaje, la iniciativa y la innovación.

[EN]This TFM consists of the contribution of a set of specific tutorials on how to use the SAP ERP program within the company that is the object of the work in order to optimize the learning of potential workers in the planning department. Throughout the work, a description of the operation of the company is made, detailing the stages of the production process and its relationship with the most important SAP transactions. What is expected to be achieved is that workers reinforce characteristics such as: learning, initiative and innovation.
