Resumen
La delincuencia juvenil es un problema de origen social., supone un fracaso del proceso de socialización, que puede ser provocado por el deterioro de algunos agentes socializadores. El estudio sobre la delincuencia juvenil tiene como objetivo identificar la relación existente entre las trayectorias delictivas y los factores que influyen y favorecen la exclusión social en menores infractores. La exclusión social también es un elemento principal a tener en cuenta para llegar a comprender las variables que conllevan a la delincuencia juvenil.
El presente trabajo estudia los principales factores de riesgo asociados con la conducta antisocial y delictiva en los/las menores. El estudio de los factores de riesgo nos lleva a concluir que el factor familiar, educativo y social influye notablemente en el desarrollo de la desviación social del menor. Este proyecto de investigación se centra especialmente en el proceso educativo del/la menor, el cual es uno de los principales procesos de socialización en el/la menor.
Juvenile delinquency is a problem of social origin; it is a failure of the process of socialization, which can be caused by the deterioration of some socializing agents. The study on juvenile delinquency aims to identify the relationship between criminal trajectories and factors that influence and favor social exclusion in juvenile offenders. Social exclusion is also a main element to be taken into account in order to understand the variables that lead to juvenile delinquency. The present study studies the main risk factors associated with antisocial and criminal behavior in minors. The study of risk factors lead us to conclude that the family, educational and social factors have a significant influence on the development of the child’s social diversion. This research proyect focuses especially on the educational process of minor, which is one of the main socialization processes in the minor.
