Resumen
[ES]Este estudio sobre la dimensión de género en las políticas de empleo: un enfoque desde el Trabajo Social, es una revisión bibliográfica de una serie de documentos referentes a la situación de la mujer en el mercado laboral español.
Este trabajo trata de analizar el panorama actual, conociendo el fenómeno de la incorporación de la mujer al mercado de trabajo, considerando las características de los puestos en los que ésta se incorpora habitualmente y las diferencias existentes entre mujeres y hombres en algunos aspectos relacionados con el empleo, como la duración de la jornada laboral, retribución salarial, conciliación de la vida familiar y laboral.
Se trata de este modo de ofrecer una visión global de la situación de discriminación que las mujeres viven en el ámbito laboral, en la que las políticas de empleo y el mercado laboral no ofrecen una solución óptima para paliar el problema existente.
[EN]This study on the gender dimension in employment policies: an approach from social work is a literature review of a series of documents relating to the analysis of the situation of women in the Spanish labour market. This work is to analyze the current picture, knowing the phenomenon of the incorporation of women into the labour market, considering the characteristics of the jobs in which she is usually incorporated and the differences between men and women in some aspects related to employment, such as the duration of the employment contract, the salary compensation and the conciliation of work and family life. It is thus to provide an overview of the situation of discrimination against women in the workplace, in which employment policy and labour market do not offer an optimal solution to alleviate the existing problem.
