LAS EMPRESAS FAMILIARES. ANÁLISIS DEL PROTOCOLO Y LA SUCESIÓN EN ALFARERÍA GÓNGORA.

Abstract

[ES] A lo largo del presente trabajo de fin de grado vamos a analizar en profundidad las empresas familiares, estas entidades son las que predominan en nuestro territorio, fomentando la economía y el empleo. La complejidad de estas viene dada porque son el nexo entre familia y empresa, esta unión puede generar numerosos conflictos y problemas, a la par que numerosas ventajas con respecto a las demás empresas. En la segunda parte del trabajo haremos especial hincapié en la sucesión de una empresa familiar de la provincia de Jaén, donde estudiaremos el protocolo familiar si hubiera, y analizaremos el proceso de sucesión de la misma para conocer si lo han realizado de la mejor forma posible y dar posibles soluciones.

[EN] In this final project we will analyze family businesses in depth, these entities are those that predominate in our territory, promoting the economy and employment. The complexity of these companies is given because they are the link between family and business, this union can generate numerous conflicts and problems, at the same time numerous advantages with respect to other companies. In the second part of the work we will make special emphasis on the succession of a family business in the province of Jaén, where we will study the family protocol if there is one, and we will analyze the process of succession of it to know if they have done it in the best possible way and give possible solutions.
