Resumen
[ES]En este trabajo se presenta una revisión sobre un tema innovador y actual: el coaching. Se analiza sus orígenes, su definición y las corrientes y escuelas desde las que se trabaja. Después nos centrarnos en un ámbito de reciente aplicación y que supone una herramienta novedosa en el ámbito escolar: el coaching educativo, donde se analiza su definición, agentes implicados, la formación que debe recibir un coach y los principios básicos de los que consta. También se presenta una propuesta de aplicación del coaching en el aula.
[EN]In this work one presents a review on an innovative and current topic: the coaching. There are analyzed his origins, his definition and the currents and schools from which one works. Later us to centre on an area of recent application and that supposes a new tool in the school area: the educational coaching, where his definition is analyzed, implied agents, the formation that must receive a coach and the basic beginning of which it consists. Also one presents an offer of application of the coaching in the classroom.
