Resumen
El objetivo principal de este Trabajo de Fin de Master es analizar el conocimiento que tienen los jóvenes sobre los aceites de oliva. Para ello, se ha realizado un estudio a una muestra de 129 adolescentes con un rango de edad comprendido entre los 13 y los 18 años en el I.E.S Jabalcuz, provincia de Jaén. La metodología empleada es experimental, ya que se ejecuta mediante la realización de distintas actividades en el aula. Para ver como influyen estas actividades en los alumnos se les realiza un cuestionario antes y después de su realización. Una vez obtenida toda la información y analizados ambos cuestionarios, llegamos a la conclusión de que, en el pre-cuestionario, los jóvenes tienen un conocimiento medio acerca de los aceites de oliva y, en el post-cuestionario, tienen un conocimiento alto.
The main purpose of this thesis is to analyze the knowledge that young people have about olive oils. For this, a study has been carried out on a sample of 129 Adolescents with an age range between 13 and 18 years at the I.E.S Jabalcuz, province of Jaén. To see how these activities influence the students, they are asked a questionnaire before and after they are carried out.
