Resumen
El presente Trabajo de Fin de Grado tiene como finalidad acercarnos al increíble mundo de las
emociones, mediante una propuesta de intervención que trabaje la educación emocional en el
segundo ciclo de Educación Infantil. Para ello se ha realizado una fundamentación teórica desde los
comienzos u orígenes de las emociones, pasando por las distintas aportaciones de los diversos
autores, clasificación, funciones y análisis de las inteligencias múltiples, para finalmente llegar a la
inteligencia emocional. Se presenta una propuesta de intervención titulada “Sentir para vivir” con la
que se presentan unas actividades que permitan fomentar las competencias emocionales, acercarlos
a conocer cada una de ellas, comprenderlas, manejarlas y saber identificar cuando experimenta una
de ellas. Los objetivos de la propuesta se pretenden alcanzar con las actividades emocionales
desarrollas favoreciendo el desarrollo íntegro de la persona y con ello el desarrollo de su inteligencia
emocional.
The purpose of this Final Degree Project is to bring us closer to the incredible world of emotions, through an intervention proposal that works on emotional education in the second cycle of Early Childhood Education. For this, a theoretical foundation has been made from the beginnings or origins of emotions, going through the different contributions of the various authors, classification, functions and analysis of multiple intelligences, to finally reach emotional intelligence. An intervention proposal entitled “Feeling to live” is presented, which presents an activity that specifies promoting emotional competencies, bringing them closer to knowing each one of them, understanding them, managing them and knowing how to identify when they experience one of them. The objectives of the proposal are intended to be achieved with the emotional activities carried out, favoring the full development of the person and with it the development of their emotional intelligence.
