Neurodiversidad aplicada a docentes del siglo XXI.

Abstract

Actualmente vivimos en un mundo globalizado y en el que la diversidad del ser humano conflictúa en todos los espacios y siendo la escuela donde más se puede ver esta interrelación. Por ello, se necesita saber durante el proceso de formación de los nuevos docentes cuáles son sus actitudes, conocimientos y herramientas para poder abordar esta diversidad en el aula. Para ello, se propone un nuevo concepto como es la neurodiversidad para poder abordar estas diferencias que existen entre los seres humanos a nivel cerebral. Por lo tanto, este trabajo expone los conocimientos de los docentes sobre la neurodiversidad y un análisis sobre sus beneficios a la hora de llegar al aula, enfrentándonos ante un mundo diverso a nivel cerebral en el que todos debemos adaptar el proceso a cada una de estas singularidades.

Currently we live in a globalized world and in which the diversity of the human being conflicts in all spaces and being the school where this interrelation can be seen the most. Therefore, it is necessary to know during the training process of new teachers what their attitudes, knowledge and tools are in order to address this diversity in the classroom. To do this, a new concept such as neurodiversity is proposed to address these differences that exist between humans at the brain level. Therefore, this work exposes the teachers' knowledge about neurodiversity and an analysis of its benefits when arriving at the classroom, facing a diverse world at the brain level in which we must all adapt the process to each of these singularities.
