Abstract

[ES]El presente trabajo de investigación aborda el estudio del fenómeno social de la violencia que pad ecen m uchas mujer es en la privacidad del ámbito familiar. Trata de las consecuencias que estas conductas violentas provocan en la sociedad y se ha real izado un exhaustivo aná l isis de la regulación positiva, evolución legislativa y de las interpretacione s j urisprudenciales de los más altos Tribunales, acudiendo reiteradamente y teniendo siempre presente las disposiciones contenidas en las leyes.

Nos encontramos ante un tema bastante complicado de encarar, pues como ya sabemos, las mujeres víctimas de violencia de género se hallan en una etapa a la que se enfrentan con gran vulnerabilidad, circunstancia que justifica que este haya sido escogido como objeto de estudio y la peculiar atención que muestran ante este tema los Poderes Públicos y los demás órganos competentes. como son Juzgados y Tribunales.[EN]The present rescarch work cleals with the study of the social phenomenon of violence suffered by many women in the privacy of the family. This work is about thc consequences that cause violent behaviour in society and has performed a comprehensive analysis of regulation, legislative developments and judicial interpretations of the higher courts, going repeatedly and always bearing in mind the provisions of the law.

We are before a very complicated issue of facing, because as we know, women victims or domestic violence are at a stage that conf'ron led with high vulnerability, circumstance that justifying that this has been chosen as the object of study and unusual attention to this issue showing the public authorities and other relevant bodies, such as courts.
