El aborto desde la perspectiva constitucional.

Abstract

[ES] La práctica del aborto se ha llevado a cabo a lo largo de toda la historia de la humanidad, se sigue practicando y se seguirá realizando en todas las épocas. En el presente trabajo trataremos este tema tan controvertido desde la perspectiva constitucional, mostrando los conflictos existentes entre el derecho a la vida y otros derechos fundamentales, así como su regulación y su comparativa con el tratamiento que se da en otros países europeos.

[EN] The practice of abortion has been carried out throughout the history of mankind, it is still practiced and will continue to be carried out at all times. In the present work we will deal with this controversial issue from the constitutional perspective, showing the existing conflicts between the right to life and other fundamental rights, as well as its regulation and its comparison with the treatment that occurs in other European countries.
