Resumen
[ES] La anovulación se define como la ausencia de ciclos ovulatorios durante un tiempo prolongado y es una de las causas más comunes de infertilidad en las mujeres en edad reproductiva. En este Trabajo de Fin de Grado se han analizado los genes potencialmente relacionados con esta enfermedad a través del empleo de la Biologla de Sistemas. Se han extraldo varias conclusiones a partir del estudio de las interacciones entre genes, del grado de conectividad y de los procesos biológicos, funciones moleculares y componentes celulares de la anovulación y el Slndrome del Ovario Poliquístico (PCOS), además de analizar la relación existente entre estas dos alteraciones.
[EN] Anovulation is defined as the absence of ovulatory cycles for a long period of time and it is one of the most common causes of infertility in women of reproductive age. This work has been carried out with the aim to analyse the genes potentially related to this disease using a Systems Biology approach. Severa! conclusions have been drawn from the study of interactions between genes, their connectivity degree, biological rocesses, molecular functions and cellular components of anovulation and Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS). In addition, the relationship between these two alterations were also studied.
