Aunque estos suelen acabar viéndose reflejados también en este romance, mi hipótesis es que el poeta de Sir Gawain and the Green Knight logró introducir en su obra una serie de pistas que han permitido vislumbrar otro tipo de posibles interpretaciones. Este estudio se centra en las cuatro mujeres que protagonizan el romance: Ginebra, la Virgen María, la Dama del Castillo y Morgan le Fay. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | [EN] In literature, the image of women has been adversely affected because of external factors shaping the way in which they are presented. Even these factors eventually end up being reflected in this romance, it is my contention that the Gawain-poet was able to include in Sir Gawain and the Green Knight a series of subtle hints that have allowed readers to disclose different potential meanings. This thesis centres on the four women that appear in the romance: Guinevere, the Virgin Mary, the Lady of the Castle, and Morgan le Fay. | es_ES |
