Resumen
[ES] La relación laboral de carácter especial de los empleados del hogar es una relación de trabajo regulada fuera del ámbito común, la ley que lo regula es el Real Decreto 1620/2011 de 14 de Noviembre. Lo que hace que esta relación obtenga este carácter especial es sobre todo, el lugar de prestación de los servicios, que es el hogar familiar del empleador, además de otras cuestiones como la confianza y el sigilo profesional que son de suma importancia en esta relación de trabajo. Dada la especialidad de esta relación laboral, merece la pena realizar un análisis de sus puntos más importantes como son su historia durante el tiempo para conocer mejor de donde proviene este empleo, su objeto para conocer el ámbito y la determinación de las actividades que desempeñan, definir los sujetos que intervienen sin olvidamos de la perspectiva de género y estudiar la caracterización y los aspectos más importantes de su relación laboral.
