En este texto, nos acercamos a la trayectoria del trabajo por proyectos en Educación Infantil y nos centramos en la adquisición lingüística de niños de tres a seis años. A continuación, llevaremos a cabo un proyecto sobre el huerto escolar. Aprenderemos a cultivar nuestras propias frutas y hortalizas, crearemos conciencia sobre todo el cuidado y la responsabilidad que conlleva tener un huerto y, por supuesto, la importancia de cuidar el medio ambiente. El objetivo de este proyecto es que los niños adquieran vocabulario sobre este tema, no solo nombres de frutas, sino también las herramientas que se utilizan, el orden que debe tener el huerto y, sobre todo, la cooperación entre compañeros, ya que serán los niños y niñas los que realicen este proyecto de manera casi autónoma.
In this text we will approach the course of work through projects in early childhood education; we will focus on language acquisition in children between the ages of three and six, after which we will carry out a project on the school garden. We will learn to grow our own fruits and vegetables; we will create awareness of all the care and responsibility that comes with having a garden and of course the importance of caring for the environment. The purpose of this project is for the children to acquire vocabulary related to this field of knowledge, later we will see that it is not only based on learning the names of fruits, but also that we will learn the tools with which they work, the order that the garden should have and above all the cooperation among their peers.
