PROTOTIPO DE UNA HERRAMIENTA DE APOYO PARA LOS INFORMES CLÍNICOS DE UN HOSPITAL EN DISPOSITIVOS MÓVILES

Abstract

El proyecto surge debido a los problemas que puede tener un médico al rellenar los informes clínicos de los pacientes ingresados, ya que en ciertas ocasiones el especialista, o alguno de sus ayudantes, se encarga de tomar notas sobre la visita a un paciente. Para ello se ha desarrollado un prototipo de aplicación móvil con la que cualquier usuario pueda tomar de una manera sencilla e intuitiva notas sobre los pacientes ingresados, además esta aplicación podrá utilizarse tanto si se tiene conexión como si no. Además se ha implementado una aplicación web sencilla que dé soporte a la aplicación móvil, con el objetivo de facilitar al especialista rellenar el informe clínico.

The project arises due to the problems that a doctor can have when filling out the clinical reports of admitted patients, since on certain occasions the specialist, or one of his assistants, is in charge of taking notes about the visit to a patient. To this end, a mobile application prototype has been developed with which any user can take notes on hospitalized patients in a simple and intuitive way, and this application can also be used whether there is a connection or not. In addition, a simple web application has been implemented to support the mobile application, with the aim of making it easier for the specialist to fill out the clinical report.
