(ES) Este trabajo presenta una revisión sistemática realizada para determinar los efectos y las consecuencias
que tiene el consumo de drogas en mujeres embarazadas y en el embrión. Se han analizado tres bases de
datos (Psycinfo, Pubmed y Web of Science) con una serie de descriptores y el operador booleano AND. Los
resultados indican que las drogas con mayor prevalencia de consumo durante el embarazo son el alcohol y
el tabaco. Además, de entre los efectos negativos debidos a este consumo, destaca el Síndrome de
Alcoholismo Fetal (SAF). En la madre también hay afectaciones por este consumo, como partos prematuros,
abortos espontáneos o diversas complicaciones en el parto. En definitiva, es necesaria la puesta en marcha
de estrategias activas para la prevención y reducción de esta conducta de manera que hay una reducción
de abuso y consumo de drogas durante el embarazo.
(EN) This work presents a systematic review carried out to determine the effects and consequences of drug use in pregnant women and in the embryo. Three databases (Psycinfo, Pubmed and Web of Science) have been analysed with a series of descriptors and the Boolean operator AND. The results indicate that the drugs with the highest prevalence of consumption during pregnancy are alcohol and tobacco. In addition, among the negative effects due to this consumption, Fetal Alcohol Syndrome (FAS) stands out. In the mother there are also affectations due to this consumption, such as premature births, spontaneous abortions or various complications in childbirth. In short, it is necessary to implement active strategies for the prevention and reduction of this behaviour so that there is a reduction in drug abuse and consumption during pregnancy.
