[ES] Este trabajo propone el fomento de la resiliencia en alumnado de entornos desfavorecidos. El objetivo general es desarrollar un programa de intervención en resiliencia para la prevención del bullying en niños y niñas de entornos socioculturales desfavorables. Las variables de trabajo son resiliencia, inteligencia emocional, optimismo y la satisfacción grupal. Se han utilizado como pruebas de evaluación la Escala de Resiliencia Escolar, el CASQ-T, el EQ-I, y la Escala de Satisfacción en el Grupo Escolar ESGRUPO. El programa se desarrolla a lo largo de 10 sesiones con evaluación pre, postintervención y de seguimiento.
[EN] This proposal seeks to promote resilience in students from disadvantaged backgrounds. The general objective is to develop a resilience intervention program for the prevention of bullying in children from unfavorable sociocultural environments. The working variables are resilience, emotional intelligence, optimism and group satisfaction. The School Resilience Scale, the CASQ-T, the EQ-I, and the Satisfaction Scale in the ESGRUPO School Group have been used as evaluation tests. The program is developed over 10 sessions with pre, post-intervention and follow-up evaluation.
