Resumen
El presente documento recoge el trabajo final del Máster de Formación del
Profesorado de Secundaria Obligatoria, Bachillerato, Formación Profesional y
Enseñanza de Idiomas, con mención en orientación educativa, realizado en la
Universidad de Jaén durante los cursos académicos 2021/2022 y 2022/2023.
Para la elaboración del documento se ha realizado una recogida de información y
justificación teórica de modelos de asesoramiento y orientación educativa.
Los destinatarios del programa de intervención de orientador serán los y las alumnas del Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior (CFGS) de Animación Sociocultural y Turística ofertado en la provincia de Jaén, concretamente en el Instituto de Educación Secundaria Obligatoria (I.E.S.) Jabalcuz, el cual tiene una edad igual o superior a 17 o 18 años en adelante. Esta propuesta se lleva a cabo con el objetivo de asesorar e informar al alumnado del CFGS de Animación Sociocultural y Turística acerca de las diferentes ofertas para la continuación de estudios (orientación académica) o salidas profesionales según sus necesidades o deseos (orientación profesional). Se realiza un análisis de la situación actual de la Formación Profesional (FP) en España frente a otras opciones, centrando la atención en el papel del orientador/a en esta etapa. Destacar la nueva remodelación de la FP con la entrada en vigor de la nueva ley de educación LOMLOE (2020) y el modelo Dual en FP.
Para finalizar, se presenta un posible modelo de intervención a llevar a cabo en este
Ciclos Formativos de Grado Superior que servirá de muestra para, en caso favorable,
poder aplicarlo en otros centros y otros contextos. Se utilizará una metodología
perteneciente al modelo de consulta y tecnológico: individual, grupal y de consulta.
Otros aspectos que se tendrán en cuenta son el abandono escolar o falta de madurez emocional junto a las habilidades y destrezas para enfrentar unos estudios superiores, primordiales para que la FP pueda tener el valor social requerido por las empresas.
This document includes the final project of the Master's Degree in Compulsory Secondary Teacher Training, Baccalaureate, Vocational Training and Language Teaching, with a mention in educational orientation, carried out at the University of Jaén during the 2021/2022 and 2022/2023 academic years. For the elaboration of the document, a collection of information and theoretical justification of educational counseling and orientation models has been carried out. The recipients of the counselor intervention program will be the students of the Higher Education Training Cycle (HETC) of social and cultural and tourist animation offered in the province of Jaén, specifically at the Institute of Compulsory Secondary Education Jabalcuz, which has an age equal to or greater than 17 or 18 years and older. This proposal is carried out with the objective of advising and informing the students of the HETC of Sociocultural and Tourist Animation about the different offers for the continuation of studies (academic orientation) or professional opportunities according to their needs or desires (professional orientation). An analysis of the current situation of Vocational Training (VT) in Spain compared to other options is carried out, focusing attention on the role of the counselor at this stage. Highlight the new remodeling of the VT with the entry into force of the new education law LOMLOE (2022) and the Dual model in VT. Finally, a possible intervention model is presented to be carried out in this Higher Level Training Cycles that will serve as a sample for, if favorable, being able to apply it in other centers and other contexts. A methodology belonging to the consultation and technological model will be used: individual, group and consultation. Other aspects that will be taken into account are school dropout or lack of emotional maturity together with the abilities and skills to face higher education, which are essential so that FP can have the social value required by companies.
