ACCESIBILIDAD FÍSICA EN EL MEDIO RURAL. PROPUESTAS DE MEJORA DESDE LA INTERVENCIÓN SOCIAL

Abstract

Las personas con discapacidad que habitan en el medio rural se enfrentan de manera discriminatoria a subsistir con barreras físicas que obstaculizan su día a día. Para ello se lucha por la accesibilidad ya que permite la movilidad sin ninguna barrera, ésta es una característica del entorno ya construido. En la actualidad, se apuesta por el concepto de accesibilidad universal ya que defiende un conjunto de características que deben cumplir los entornos, bienes, productos y servicios, que permite el acceso de a todas las personas, tengan o no discapacidad. Para ello, hay que indagar en la normativa sobre discapacidad y accesibilidad vigente en la actualidadPeople with disabilities who live in rural areas face a discriminatory way to survive with physical barriers that hinder their day to day. For this, we fight for accessibility since it allows mobility without any barrier, this is a characteristic of the already built environment. Currently, it is committed to the concept of universal accessibility since it defens a set of characteristics that environments, goods, products and services must comply with, which allows access to all people, whether they have a disability or not. To do this, investigate the regulations on disability and accessibility currently in force
