[EN] Nowadays there is a high level of infertility in the human population so some techniques have been developed to enhance the human fertility. These techniques require methods of spermatic conservation. News methods have been developed to preserve the cells as can be by freeze-thaw method. Previous studies have shown that cryoconservation can damage cells, therefore in this study we have analyzed the effects that the addiction of three antioxidants have onto cryopreservation. These antioxidants are oxidative glutathione (GSSG), reduced glutathione (GSH) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), added before freezing. Then we have analyzed three parameters: i) the reactive oxygen species (ROS) production, ii) the state of chromatin condensation and iii) the state of lipid membrane. We can observe that the effect of protection was greater with DHA than with the others. We can assume that the addition of antioxidants as DHA is necessary to improve the sperm survival.
