El desarrollo de hábitos saludables en Educación Física durante la pandemia. Propuesta didáctica.

Resumen
[ES El presente trabajo trata de buscar un impacto en el aprendizaje de los alumnos y
alumnas del primer curso de Educación Secundaria Obligatoria en España en la asignatura de
Educación Física para el desarrollo de hábitos saludables. El trabajo ha sido diseñado en
forma de unidad didáctica mediante la metodología de gamificación y flipped classroom y
tiene como objetivo principal aumentar la frecuencia de conductas saludables en la actividad
física mediante el aprendizaje de hábitos alimenticios, hábitos de higiene corporal y hábitos
de higiene personal. Durante la pandemia del Covid-19 aumentaron paulatinamente los
niveles de sedentarismo, de obesidad y sobrepeso, ingesta de dietas poco saludables,
patrones irregulares del sueño o un mayor tiempo del uso de pantallas (Espada et al., 2020).
Es por ello, que la etapa de confinamiento en nuestro país ha supuesto un impacto nocivo
para el bienestar físico y psicológico tanto en niños como en adolescentes (Brooks et al.,
2020). Mediante este trabajo se busca aumentar la motivación y favorecer al desarrollo de
hábitos saludables que se han visto mermados por los acontecimientos nombrados
anteriormente.
[EN] The present work tries to look for an impact on the learning of the students of the first year of Compulsory Secondary Education in Spain in the subject of Physical Education for the development of healthy habits. The work has been designed in the form of a didactic unit using the gamification and flipped classroom methodology and its main objective is to increase the frequency of healthy behaviors in physical activity by learning eating habits, body hygiene habits and personal hygiene habits. During the Covid-19 pandemic, the levels of sedentary lifestyle, obesity and overweight, unhealthy diet intake, irregular sleep patterns or longer screen use increased gradually (Espada et al., 2020). That is why the confinement stage in our country has had a harmful impact on the physical and psychological well-being of both children and adolescents (Brooks et al., 2020).
