Resumen
[ES] Los comportamientos agresivos y antisociales en los niños se han asociado a la carencia de habilidades sociales. El objetivo del presente trabajo es crear un programa de intervención para entrenar las habilidades de regulación emocional y empatía, con el fin de promover el desarrollo de conductas asertivas en el alumnado de segundo ciclo de Educación Primaria, que carece del repertorio de conductas sociales necesarias para establecer relaciones interpersonales asertivas con los demás.
Mediante las actividades del programa de intervención se pretende que mejoren las habilidades sociales
básicas, que se erradiquen o reduzcan los comportamientos agresivos y que aumenten las habilidades
sociales de empatía y regulación emocional en el grupo experimental en comparación con el grupo control.
[EN] Aggressive and antisocial behaviours in children have been associated with the lack of social skills. The objective of this work is to create an intervention programme to practice the social skills of emotional regulation and empathy, in order to promote the development of the assertive behaviours in the student body of the secondary cycle of Primary Education in Spain, which lacks the repertoire of social behaviours to establish assertive interpersonal relationships with others. Through the activities of the intervention programme, it is intended to improve the basic social skills, eradicate or reduce the aggressive behaviours, and increase the social skills of empathy and emotional regulation in the experimental group compared to the control group.
