El presente trabajo de fin de grado (TFG), examina la discriminación de la mujer en el mercado laboral. Se exploran aspectos clave como el género y el trabajo, la participación femenina en el mercado laboral y el marco legal relacionado con la igualdad de género. Se examinan las dinámicas del mercado laboral, incluida la actividad y el desempleo, la segregación laboral y las tareas domésticas. Además, se aborda la conciliación familiar, centrándose en la maternidad, las excedencias y las reducciones de jornada, así como las
medidas propuestas para equilibrar las responsabilidades familiares. Finalmente, se analiza la brecha salarial, tanto en el ámbito laboral como en las pensiones de jubilación, junto con medidas destinadas a mitigar esta disparidad
This final degree thesis (TFG) examines discrimination against women in the labor market. Key aspects such as gender and work, female participation in the labor market and the legal framework related to gender equality are explored. Labor market dynamics are examined, including activity and unemployment, job segregation, and housework. In addition, family conciliation is addressed, focusing on maternity, leaves of absence and reductions in working hours, as well as the measures proposed to balance family responsibilities. Finally, the wage gap is analyzed, both in the workplace and in retirement pensions, along with measures aimed at mitigating this disparity
