Resumen
[ES] En este Trabajo Fin de Master (TFM) se ha llevado a cabo la planificación de una
programación didáctica dentro de la materia de Educación Física para alumnos de 1o de
Educación Secundaria Obligatoria. Esta programación consta de 12 Unidades Didácticas,
dentro de las cuales, se han desarrollado contenidos de los cinco bloques que estipula la
ley. Como podremos ver más adelante dicho trabajo se enmarca dentro de la ciudad de Jaén
y más concretamente en el instituto IES Virgen del Carmen, lugar donde he llevado a cabo mi
proceso de prácticas en el curso 2021/2022, entre los meses de marzo a mayo.
El objetivo claro y de>nido de esta programación , será la falta de actividad física, tan
necesaria a estas edades, como punto de partida o base para la adherencia de la misma
durante el resto de la vida y medio para evitar enfermedades como la obesidad, producidos
por el sedentarismo y la falta de buenos hábitos saludables y destacar los beneficios de la
práctica deportiva frente a los problemas de salud que se pueda encontrar cualquier
individuo. Por ello, la materia de educación @sica es primordial ya no sólo para el desarrollo a
nivel de salud de los jóvenes, si no también para el desarrollo cognitivo e integral de lo
mismos.
[EN] In this Master's Thesis (TFM) we have carried out the planning of a didactic program within the subject of Physical Education for students of 1st year of Compulsory Secondary Education. This program consists of 12 Didactic Units, within which, contents of the five blocks stipulated by law have been developed. As we will see below, this work is framed within the city of Jaén and more specifically in the ins+tute IES Virgen del Carmen, where I have carried out my internship process in the academic year 2021/2022, between the months of March and May. The clear and defined objective of this programming, will be the lack of physical activity, so necessary at this age, as a starting point or basis for adherence to it for the rest of life and means to prevent diseases such as obesity, produced by a sedentary lifestyle and lack of good healthy habits and highlight the benefits of sports prac+ce against health problems that can be found any individual. Therefore, the subject of physical education is essential not only for the health development of young people, but also for their cognitive and integral development. This work is based on scientific literature and current educational legislation.
