EDUCACIÓN ASISTIDA CON PERROS EN MEDIACIÓN Y SISTEMA DE AYUDA ENTRE IGUALES

Abstract

[ES] Este Trabajo Fin de Más ter presenta un programa de Educación Asistida con Perros para el desarrollo y la mejora de las habilidades y herramientas necesarias que permita establecer un s istema de ayuda entre iguales y de mediación en los contextos escolares. Así, se pretenden trabajar los aspectos re lacionados y en los que se fundamenta la resolución de conflictos, esto es, la educación emoc ional, la autoestima y el autocontrol emoc ional, la empatía, la asertividad, la comunicación y las habilidades sociales. Por e llo, se ofrece un periodo de formación y adquisic ión de las habilidades al alumnado vo luntario de 5° de primaria para formar parte del equipo de Alumnado Ayudante de su centro escolar. A través del aprendizaje cooperativo, el juego y la dramatización, se pretenden conseguir los objetivos planteados para cada uno de los módulos a trabajar. Por su parte, con la presenc ia y participac ión de los perros de intervención durante las sesiones se busca fomentar el grado de motivación y pa rticipación del alumnado, así como establecer v ínculos afectuosos entre el alumnado y los perros, ya que estos actúan como " lubricante social", facilitando la cohesión y las interacciones entre iguales.

[EN] This MA Thesis presents an Animal Assisted Intervention Program for the development and improvement of the necessary skills and too Is which allow us to establish a helping system between equals and of mediation in school contexts. The analyzed aspects are intended to be explored this way, mainly those related to the reso lution of contlicts, that is, emotional education, self-esteem and self-control , empathy, assertiveness, communication, and social skill s. Because of that, what is offered is a period of training and acquisition of these s kills for a volunteering student body of the 5th year of primary school in order to be a part of the Assisting Students in their schoo l center. Through corporative learning, games and dramatization, the intended aims are expected to be achieved for each of the modules in which they are put into practice. On the other hand, with the presence and partic ipation of intervention dogs during the sessions, the goal is to encourage the degree of student motivation and partic ipation as well as to establish affective bonds between the student body and the dogs, since they actas 'social lubricant', making the cohesion and interactions between equals much easier.
