Resumen
En este trabajo fin de srado se analizan y se dan a conocer los elementos que conforman los deportes colectivos, concretamente en su etapa de iniciación, siendo muchos los autores y especialistas que comparten la idea de que el deporte durante la niflez es esencial para el desarrollo intesral del nlflo.
Se pretende dar a conocer y acercar a los nlflos al ámbito y costumbres deportivas fuera del horario lectivo para promover las diferentes relaciones sociales que generan los deportes colectivos. Resaltamos la Importancia que tiene el contexto del niflo dentro de una actividad deportiva fuera del aula, ya que puede incidir de forma tanto positiva como negativa en el desarrollo y motivación del nlflo.
Como conclusión decir que tanto un colegio como un club deportivo deben tener como objetivo la educación en valores y la transmisión de aptitudes y actitudes deportivas. El club tendrá un fin a corto plazo y adquisición de conceptos técnicos y tácticos mientras que el colegio se basará mas en el proceso de aprendizaje.

We conclude emphasislng the fact that schools as sport clubs ought to set the aim of developing educatlon in values and the transmlssion of sportsmanship skills and attltudes. Thereby, the club, in a short-term basis, will target at the acquisition of technical and tactlcal concepts, meanwhile the school will be based in the adequate teachlng and learning process.
