[EN]The dimensioning and feasibility of implementing a Solar-Wind hybrid unit aims to contribute to meeting the need for electricity in an isolated community in the district of Juazeiro-BA, in a sustainable manner, using natural resources solar and wind as sources of generation , to simulate a system using the software Homer Pro in the isolated community of Quipá. The community has a church, a school and some residences, therefore, the project must meet the electrical loads of all these units, so the work carried out analyzes of the economic and technical feasibility of implementing the project. The idea arose through the thought of exploring local natural resources for the development of isolated communities, considering the difficulties of supplying traditional sources of energy, geographical and economic impediments. Thus, it was decided to explore the local natural resources, considering the generation of accessible energy, in a clean way, as well as inserting new generation options in the country's energy matrix. Considering Brazil's privileged position in relation to the Sun and the country's extensive solar capacity, especially in the Northeast, we seek to unite the production of electric energy through solar and wind sources, presenting as an alternative to the scarcity of energy in isolated locations . The study is carried out through bibliographic research methodologies, data collection, in addition to the presentation of geographic, economic and energy characterization of the village, and finally using the software Homer pro tool determines whether the system analyzes, comparing the possible configurations that were optimized.
