Resumen
[ES] La inteligencia emocional es considerada como un elemento esencial que influye en el bienestar tanto social
como psicológico de los discentes, lo que les posibilita adaptarse al ambiente y ser capaces de tomar decisiones
apropiadas ante las diversas situaciones diarias. El objetivo general de este trabajo es desarrollar un programa de
intervención basado en inteligencia emocional en el aula ordinaria. Este programa busca promover la inclusión y
la convivencia escolar. Por lo que se espera que la potenciación de la Inteligencia Emocional en el aula ordinaria
dé lugar a desarrollar un buen clima interpersonal y académico favoreciendo la inclusión y aumentando la
convivencia escolar.
[EN] Emotional intelligence is considered an essential element that influences both the social and psychological well- being of students, which enables them to adapt to the environment and be able to make appropriate decisions in various daily situations. The general objective of this work is to develop an intervention program based on emotional intelligence in the ordinary classroom. This program seeks to promote inclusion and school coexistence. Therefore, it is expected that the enhancement of Emotional Intelligence in the ordinary classroom will lead to developing a good interpersonal and academic climate, favouring inclusion and increasing school coexistence.
