En este TFG se plantea la adaptación de una fresadora manual a fresadora CNC. Para realizar la
adaptación se ha estudiado la geometría y las características técnicas de una fresadora manual y se ha
diseñado el esquema de un sistema de control automático. A partir de este diseño se han calculado las
características de los servomotores y actuadores, y se ha seleccionado una unidad central de proceso. Se
han adquirido y montados los elementos seleccionados para modificar la fresadora manual. Una vez
modificada la fresadora, se ha puesto en servicio y se han realizado ensayos de calibración y puesta a
punto.
This TFG proposes the adaptation of a manual milling machine to a CNC milling machine. To carry out the adaptation, the geometry and technical characteristics of a manual milling machine have been studied and an automatic control system scheme has been designed. From this design, the characteristics of the servomotors and actuators have been calculated, and a central processing unit has been selected. These elements have been acquired and assembled. Once the milling machine has been modified, it has been put into service, and calibration and commissioning tests have been carried out.
