Resumen
(ES) En el presente trabajo se trata un problema muy presente en nuestros centros escolares
como es el bullying, tiene por objetivo desarrollar una propuesta de prevención dirigida al
alumnado de primaria.
En primer lugar, se ha elaborado un marco teórico en el que se contempla evolución,
delimitación conceptual, características, tipos de bullying que existen, agentes implicados,
factores que influyen, consecuencias y algunos modelos de prevención.
En la segunda parte se propone una propuesta de prevención en la que a través de sus
actividades se entrenen las habilidades sociales para conseguir que los alumnos se presten entre
ellos un mayor apoyo social y realicen una adecuada resolución de conflictos, mejoren su
autoestima y refuercen la de sus compañeros, que sean capaces de empatizar con los demás, y
de expresar, recibir y controlar los sentimientos y emociones para poder prevenir el bullying.
(EN) In the present work, a very present problem in our schools such as bullying is treated, it aims to develop a prevention project aimed at primary school children. In the first place, a theoretical framework has been made in which its terminology, its definition, its characteristics, the types of bullying that exist, the agents involved, the factors that influence, its consequences and some prevention models are worked on. In the second part, a prevention project has been developed in which, through its activities, social skills are trained to ensure that students provide each other with greater social support and carry out adequate conflict resolution, so that they are able to improve their self-esteem and reinforce that of their peers, that they be able to empathize with others and to express, receive and control feelings and emotions in order to prevent bullying.
