PROGRAMAS DE INTERVENCIÓN EN LA ANSIEDAD A LAS MATEMÁTICAS: REVISIÓN SISTEMÁTICA

Resumen
La ansiedad a las matemáticas que sufren gran parte de los estudiantes se utiliza para definir una serie de síntomas de aprensión, tensión o incomodidad experimentados al realizar tareas matemáticas o en un contexto matemático o al antelar dichas situaciones. Se convierte en un impedimento principal para el éxito académico de los estudiantes ya que es de de gran importancia para el futuro aprendizaje, desarrollo y uso de las habilidades matemáticas. En este trabajo se realiza una revisión sistemática sobre la literatura acerca de los programas de intervención y estrategias que han demostrado con éxito la reducción o eliminación de la ansiedad matemática y así poder recopilar los resultados encontrados. Además se elabora una propuesta nueva de programa de intervención basado en la información que ha sido recogida tras la investigación hecha para elaborar la revisión. Se destacará la importancia del tema y el papel del psicólogo en este ámbito.
The math anxiety suffered by a large part of students is used to define a series of symptoms of apprehension, tension or discomfort experienced while performing mathematical tasks or in a mathematical context or when they anticipate such situations. It becomes a major impediment to s tu d en ts ’ academic achievement as it is of great importance for the future learning, development and use of math skills. In this project carries out a systematic review of the literature about intervention programs and strategies that have successfully demonstrated the reduction or elimination of math anxiety and thus be able to collect the results found. In addition, a new proposal for an intervention program is prepared based on the information that has been collected after the research done to develop the review. The importance of the topic and the role of the psychologist in this area will be highlighted.
