DISEÑO, PLANIFICACIÓN Y MODELO DE PLAN ESTRATÉGICO APLICADO A UNA EMPRESA DEL SECTOR OLEÍCOLA

Abstract

La presencia de los planes estratégicos en la empresas hoyen día es creciente dada su importancia en el ámbito empresarial ya que es necesario conocer cual es el estado actual de la empresa y cuales son las metas y logros que se quiere alcanzar para adquirir una posición o meta mayor. En este proyecto se propondrá el diseño y la planificación de un plan estratégico para mejorar la calidad de trabajo de un taller de reparación de maquinaría agrícola especializada en aceite de oliva, resaltando la importancia de conocer los entornos en los que se encuentra y la importancia de tener objetivos y metas claras que lograr.

The presence of strategic plans in companies today is growing given its importance in the business environment since it is necessary to know what is the current state of the company and what are the goals and achievements that you want to achieve to acquire a higher position or goal. This project will propose the design and planning of a strategic plan to improve the quality of work of an agricultural machinery repair shop specialized in olive oil, highlighting the importance of knowing the environment in which it is located and the importance of having clear objectives and goals to achieve.
