Resumen
En este TFG se desarrolla un plan de negocio para la creación y puesta en marcha de una granja escuela en la localidad de Los Villares. Se ha realizado un estudio del entorno en que desarrollara su actividad la empresa, se ha decidido la estrategia de marketing que va a seguir para aprovechar las oportunidades y fortalezas y evitar las debilidades y amenazas. También se ha decido donde se localizara y la infraestructura necesaria, así como los empleados y el número de estos necesarios para poder ofrecer el servicio de forma adecuada. Además, se ha realizado un plan financiero-económico con tres posibles escenarios, optimista, pesimista y con la previsión de ventas esperadas, con el fin de poder ver si el negocio sería viable o no. Por último, se explican las conclusiones obtenidas por el autor.
